I qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in London, having previously completed a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science from Nottingham.

My aim is to help you keep moving and active, doing all those things you love to do. Whether it is keeping fit, being able to play with your children or grandchildren, run that marathon or cycle that sportive.

I work with people of all ages and at every stage of life. including children, expectant and post delivery mothers, senior citizens. I use a combination of structural and functional osteopathic techniques and  specialised soft tissue techniques.

I have extensive experience of supporting athletes and para-athletes, cyclists, runners, triathletes, skiers, from the weekend warrior to club, elite and Olympic level competitors.

I was a keen member of the therapy support team member at

Roadside Therapy,

supporting cyclists, triathletes, during competition and events

both in the UK and Europe.

I enjoy cycling, swimming and running, having taken part in many triathlons including The Virgin London Tri and The Prudential triathlon, Hyde Park. I am a keen skier.

I am the parent of 4 children and understand the stresses and strains parenthood can have on the body.
